Since 1993, ULTRA Estate Planning (formerly Union Legal Trust and Retirement Associates) has provided families with estate and retirement planning services. Our mission is to educate families on the importance of estate planning, asset protection, and eliminating risk from investment and retirement accounts when entering retirement.

In recent years, ULTRA has developed proprietary planning to shelter assets from a Medi-Cal spend-down and the burdensome costs of nursing home expenses. Currently, in our third generation of clients, we strive to provide the planning necessary to protect family estates to be passed down to future generations.
